CHECKING OUT
When you’re ready to checkout, click the “Checkout” button in the lower right-hand corner of the quote view.

Checkout button advances to collect shipping information, freight information, etc.
From the Checkout view, you’ll find three areas for user input to finalize your order: Order Information and Choose Shipping Speed.
Order Information. The Order Information section captures required information to complete the order.
Required fields include your Purchase Order #, Company and Shipping Address, and Job Site Contact Name and Phone Number. For stock orders, or other orders not shipping directly to a job site, input the details for the point of contact receiving the shipment.
If there are any special instructions for delivery, provide them in the Delivery Instructions field.

Shipping Speed. Vibro-Acoustics offers expedited shipping options, which varies from product to product.
In the “Choose Shipping Speed” section, the estimated ship date for the order is shown for Standard delivery, Quick Ship 1, and Quick Ship 2. If expedited shipping options are not available, based on the product mix, they will be grayed out and shown as “Not Available”.

The lead times for individual products are shown in the grid for context. This allows you to see if there are specific products that may be limiting shipping options for the overall order.

Freight Allowed. Freight Allowed includes the cost of freight in the quote.
Collect. The Collect option can be used if the person receiving the shipment has a preference for Carrier. Carrier Name and Account Number, Contact Name and Phone Number, and Billing information will be displayed here for input.
3rd Party Direct Bill. 3rd Party Direct Bill allows freight to be billed to a specific account. Similar to Collect, the Carrier information and billing information can be provided here.
Pick Up. The Pick-up option allows customers to send their own trucks or preferred carrier to pick-up the order. Weights and dimensions will be provided when the order is ready for pickup.
The Order Summary section will display the subtotal for products, expedited shipping and freight individually, with the total order value below. To complete the Order, click the “Place Order” button.

Placing an order will direct you to the Order Details page, where you can find your Order #, order status, the Details of the order including Release information, once the order has been fulfilled. You can reach this page at any time to review order details, or to check on the status of an order.
