Quote / Order Dashboards
QUOTE /ORDER DASHBOARDS
The Quote and Order dashboard views are repositories to search through and access your company’s Quote and Order history. Quotes consist of any current or expired Quote within your company.
Note: When a Quote is converted to an Order, it is no longer displayed in the Quote dashboard. Orders are displayed in the Order dashboard.
The Quote Dashboard view is a repository for your company’s Quote history.
Filter options to quickly find historic Quotes and Orders throughout your company.
- A text filter allows searching for specific quote names, project names and reference numbers.

- The “Only My Projects” toggle will narrow results down from your company’s quote activity, to only your quote activity (this is based on the “Customer” field in the table).

- The Date Range filter allows you to browse quotes or orders within a specified start and end date.

A menu in the right most columns of the Quote and Order Dashboards provides several actions that can be conducted.
From the Quote Dashboard:

Duplicate. The Duplicate icon will create a New Quote, using the selected Quote as a jumping off point. The New Quote will have update product pricing (from the date of copy) and a new expiration date (30-days from the date of copy).

View/Edit. To View and/or Edit a Quote, click the View icon in the right most column or click the record to open the Quote.
From the Order Dashboard:

View. To View the Order Summary click the View icon or click the record to open the Quote or Order.
Since the Quote Dashboard contains historic quotes, it is common to have “expired” Quotes displayed in this view. These Quotes are shown with a red “alarm” icon in the dashboard.

Expired Quotes can be viewed and edited just like any other Quote. However, before you can checkout, you’ll need to “Refresh” the Quote to update pricing, ensuring that pricing is cand there have not been price adjustments since the time of expiration.
The “Refresh Quote” button is in the same location as the “Checkout” button. When the Quote is refreshed, the button will change to allow you to Checkout.
Refresh Quote button is shown for expired quotes, in the place of the Checkout button. Expired Quotes must be refreshed to validate pricing before you can Checkout.
From any of the Dashboard views, you can move directly to building new quotes for projects using the “Create Quote” button in the upper right-hand corner of the view.
