V-A Express is accessed at express.vibro-acoustics.com using your email address and password.
Sign-on screen to V-A Express.
Logging into the application will direct you to the Dashboard view of the application, which is designed as a jumping off point to quickly access relevant functions throughout the application.

From any of the Dashboard views, you can move directly to building new quotes for projects using the “Create Quote” button in the upper right-hand corner of the view.

The Recent Quotes table displays the 5 most recently updated quotes in your company, along with relevant information providing an overview of the quote.

The quote name and project name are displayed in the left most columns, followed by an internal reference number (should your company use internal project IDs or other data, for reference). Quotes can have multiple revisions, with the latest version showing in the Revision column. The salesperson who created the quote, when it was created and last updated, along with the total value of the quote, are also displayed for context.
A menu toward the right side of each record contains a button for Duplicating a quote (if you’re interested in using a previous quote to bootstrap a new quote). To view or edit an existing quote, you can click the View icon in the right most column (or click on the record).

The View all Quotes and View all Orders buttons will direct you to the Quote Dashboard and Order Dashboard, respectively.

Below the Recent Quote table, a similar table displays the 5 most recent orders in your company. Additional data displayed includes the Order Number and Status of the Order. The View icon will direct you to the Order Summary view for the selected Order.
